After the successful completion of CE RFID MGI METRO Group Information Technology and VDI/VDE Innovation + Technik invite European RFID stakeholders to the set-up of the European RFID network "RFID in Action". RFID in Action is a forum for European RFID users, manufacturers and solution providers and aims at

• disseminating the results and recommendations of CE RFID to the RFID community,
• discussing and developing common positions among European RFID users, manufacturers and solution providers regarding current RFID topics,
• identifying opportunities to improve the European approach towards RFID from an industrial point of view, and
• proposing and fostering respective activities by standardisation organisations, business associations and policy makers in Europe.
